Overview

The Facebook Ads Leads to Zoho CRM integration via SyncSpace allows you to automatically funnel lead data from your Facebook and Instagram ad forms directly into your Zoho CRM. This automated lead pipeline ensures every captured lead is instantly logged, segmented, and available for follow-up—no manual import required.

How It Works

1. Create a Space

   • Log in to your SyncSpace dashboard.

   • Click “Create New Space.”

   • Select Facebook Leads as the Source Application and Zoho CRM as the Target Application.

2. Authenticate Facebook and Zoho

   • Connect your Facebook Ads account and select the relevant business page and lead forms.

   • Authenticate with Zoho CRM using OAuth, and select the module (usually Leads or Contacts) where you want to send new data.

3. Map Your Fields

   • SyncSpace detects the fields from your Facebook Lead Ads.

   • Use the visual field mapper to match fields like Full Name, Email, Phone Number, or any custom questions to fields in Zoho CRM.

4. Start Syncing

   • After activation, every new lead from your Facebook or Instagram ad is sent instantly into Zoho CRM.
