Gravity forms to Odoo Integration Guide

With Syncspace, you can automatically send new entries from your Gravity Forms directly to your Odoo database—no coding or technical skills required. Your form data flows automatically from one platform to the other.
Just follow the steps in this guide, and your Gravity Form submissions will start showing up in Odoo automatically.

 Prerequisites:

• You have access to both a Gravity forms-enabled WordPress site and an Odoo instance.
• You are logged in to both platforms.

Step 1 Click on App Credentials

Step 2 Create a New Credential

Step 3 Configure App details

• Add your App Name
• Select Mailchimp from the Multiselect Dropdown

Step 4 Add your Odoo Credentials and First Click Verify then Save

• Add your Odoo Url
• Add your Odoo DB
• Add your Odoo User
• Add your Odoo User Password

Step 5 Click on Add Space to create a new space

Step 6 Select your Source App from the dropdown

• Choose Gravity Forms

Step 7 Copy the Webhook URL generated for Gravity Forms

Step 8 Steps to Verify Webhook URL in Gravity Forms

• Log in to your WordPress dashboard where Gravity Forms is installed.

Step 9 In the sidebar menu, Under the Forms section, click on Entries.

• Once the Entries page loads, Hover on the Settings tab at the top.
• From the Settings dropdown, select Webhooks.

Step 10 Click on" Add New" Webhook.

Step 11 Paste the Webhook URL into the Request URL field

Click on Save Webhook settings to store the configuration.

Step 12 Now, click on Preview to open and fill out the Gravity Form.

⚠️ Important: Submitting a test entry is mandatory to verify that the webhook is working correctly.

Step 13 Submit a test entry and verify the webhook connection.

Submit the form

Step 14 Go back to the integration platform and click Verify Webhook, then click Continue

Step 15 Select your Target App from the dropdown

• Choose Odoo
  

Step 16 Choose the appropriate Odoo Model accordingly.

• Example: Leads, Contacts, Job applicant, etc.
  

Step 17 Select the Odoo account you created earlier while setting up your app credentials.

Step 18 Click on the "Save and Map Fields" button.

Step 19 Match Gravity Form fields to the Odoo fields

• Example: Name → Full Name, Email → Email, Phone → Phone Number
  

Step 20 Choose how you want to save your space

You will see two buttons: Save as Draft and Save and Activate.

• Click Save and Activate, your space will be saved and activated automatically.

• Click Save as Draft, This will save your space, but it won’t be active. You can activate it later by following the next steps.

Step 21 From the Action Column, click to Activate Your Space

Step 22 Submit another Demo Entry through the same Gravity Form

Step 23 Log in to your Odoo account and check the corresponding module

Go to crm > Leads and your lead will be visible there.

Step 24 You should see the new record added from the Gravity Form submission
