Gravity Forms to HubSpot Integration Guide

Prerequisites:

• You have access to both a Gravity Forms-enabled WordPress site and a HubSpot account.
• You are logged in to both platforms.

Step 1 Click on App Credentials

Step 2 Create a New Credential

Step 3 Configure app details

• Add your App Name
• Select HubSpot from the Multiselect Dropdown

Step 4 Add your HubSpot Access Token and first click Verify then save it.

If you’ve already done that, continue below to create the space.

Step 5 Click on Add Space to create a new space

Step 6 Select your Source App from the dropdown

•  Choose Gravity Form
  

Step 7 Copy the Webhook URL generated for Gravity Form

Step 8 Steps to Verify Webhook URL in Gravity Forms

• Log in to your WordPress dashboard where Gravity Forms is installed.

• In the sidebar menu, Under the Forms section, click on Entries.

Step 9 Once the Entries page loads, Hover on the Settings tab at the top.

From the Settings dropdown, select Webhooks.

Step 10 Click on" Add New" Webhook.

Step 11 Paste your webhook URL into the Request URL field.

• Click Save Webhook to store the configuration.

Step 12 Now, click on Preview to open and fill out the Gravity Form.

⚠️ Important: Submitting a test entry is mandatory to verify that the webhook is working correctly.

Step 13 Submit a test entry and verify the webhook connection.

Submit the form

Step 14 Go back to Your Space and click Verify Webhook, then click Continue

Step 15 Select your Target App from the dropdown

• Choose HubSpot

Step 16 Choose "Contacts" as the model for HubSpot.

Step 17 Select the HubSpot account you created earlier while setting up your app credentials.

Step 18 First Save, then click on Map Fields

Step 19 Match the Gravity Form fields to your HubSpot fields

• Example: Name → Full Name, Email → Email, Phone → Phone Number
• Save the field mapping configuration later

Step 20 Go to the Action Column and click Activate your Space

Step 21 Submit another Demo Form Entry via Gravity Forms

Step 22 Log in to your HubSpot account and go to your CRM Module in sidebar -> Contacts

• You should see the new record/contact created from the form submission
