Gravity Forms to Google Customer List Integration Guide

Prerequisites:

  • You have access to both a Gravity Forms account and a Google Customer List account.

  • You are logged in to both platforms.

Step 1 Click on Add Space to create a new space
Step 2 Select your Source App from the dropdown
  • Choose Gravity form

 

Step 3 Copy the Webhook URL generated for Gravity Form

  • Log in to your WordPress dashboard where Gravity Forms is installed.

Step 5 In the sidebar menu, Under the Forms section, click on Entries.
  • Once the Entries page loads, Hover on the Settings tab at the top.
  • From the Settings dropdown, select Webhooks.
Step 6 Click on" Add New" Webhook.
Step 7 Paste the Webhook URL into the Request URL field

Click on Save Webhook settings to store the configuration.

Step 8 Now, Click on Preview to open and fill out the Gravity Form.

⚠️ Important: Submitting a test entry is mandatory to verify that the webhook is working correctly.

Step 9 Submit a test entry and verify the webhook connection.

Submit the form

Step 10 Go back to the integration platform and click Verify Webhook, then click Continue
Step 11 Select your Target App from the dropdown
  • Choose Google Customer list
Step 12 Signup into your Google Account for the Google customer list account credentials
Step 13 Select the Google customer list account you created earlier while signing up your app credentials.
Step 14 Click on the "Save and Map Fields" button.
Step 15 Match your Gravity Form fields to the Google Customer list
  • Example: Name → Full Name, Email → Email Address
Step 16 Choose how you want to save your space

You will see two buttons: Save as Draft and Save and Activate.

  • Click Save and Activate, your space will be saved and activated automatically.

  • Click Save as Draft, This will save your space, but it won’t be active. You can activate it later by following the next steps.

Step 17 From the Action Column, click to Activate Your Space
Step 18 Submit another Demo Form Entry using Gravity Forms
Step 19 Log in to your Google Customer list account and Check a new contact in your list
