Prerequisites:

• You have access to a Google Ads account with Lead Forms set up and an active Odoo instance.

• You are logged in to both platforms.

Step 1  Click on App Credentials

Step 2 Create New Credentials

Step 3 Configure app details

• Add your App Name
• Select Odoo from the Multiselect Dropdown

Step 4 Add your Odoo Credentials and Click Verify then Save it

• Add your Odoo URL
• Add your Odoo DB Name
• Add your Odoo User
• Add your Odoo Password

Step 5 Click on Add Space to Create new Space

Step 6 Select your Source App from the dropdown

➡️ Choose Google Customer list (lead from)

Step 7 Copy the Webhook URL generated for Google Ads Leads form

To paste webhook url in a Google Ads lead form extension, follow the steps below-

• Open a new window and log into your Google Ads account.
• Click on Campaigns on the left menu.
  Assets>Leads Form
• Go to “Leads Form” in Assets

Step 9 Paste your Url and Key here

Step 10 Select your Target App from the dropdown

➡️ Choose Odoo

Step 11 Select the appropriate Odoo Model from your app credentials

•  Example: Leads, Contacts, Job applicant

Step 12 Select the Odoo account you created earlier while setting up your app credentials.

Step 13 First Save data and then Click on Map Fields

Step 14 Match Gravity Form fields to the correct Odoo fields

• ➡️ Example: Name → Full Name, Email → Email, Phone → Phone Number

 

Step 15 From the Action Column, click to Activate your Space

Step 16 Log in to your Odoo account and check the corresponding module

Go to CRM > Leads and your lead will be visible there from the gravity form submission
