The Facebook Ads Leads to SendGrid integration via SyncSpace allows you to capture leads from your Facebook and Instagram ad forms and automatically sync them into your SendGrid contact lists. No more downloading CSVs or manually updating email lists—your leads flow straight into SendGrid the moment they’re captured.
Create a Space
Log in to your SyncSpace dashboard.
Click “Create New Space.”
Choose Facebook Leads as the Source Application and SendGrid as the Target Application.
Authenticate Facebook and SendGrid
Connect your Facebook Ads account via OAuth and select the Facebook Page and Lead Form(s) you want to sync from.
Connect your SendGrid account using API key authentication and choose the list or contact group you want leads added to.
Map Data Fields
SyncSpace automatically detects the lead form fields.
Use the interface to map fields like Email, Name, Phone, etc., to SendGrid contact fields.
Start Syncing
Once activated, each new lead submitted on your Facebook or Instagram ad is automatically added to SendGrid in real-time.
