Prerequisites:

Before you begin, make sure:

  • You have Google Sheets installed and set up on your WordPress site.

  • You have a Meta Business Manager account with permission to manage Customer Lists.

  • You are logged into both platforms in your browser.

Step 1 Click on Add Space to create a new space
Step 2 Select your Source App from the dropdown
  • Choose Google Sheets
Step 3 Copy the Webhook URL generated for Google Sheets
Step 5 Select your Target App from the dropdown
  • Choose Meta Customer list
Step 6 Signup into your Facebook Account for he Meta customer list account credentials
Step 7 Choose Model for Meta Customer list.
Step 8 Click on the "Save and Map Fields" button.
Step 9 Match your Google Sheets fields to the Meta Customer list
  • Example: Name → Full Name, Email → Email Address
Step 10 Choose how you want to save your space

You will see two buttons: Save as Draft and Save and Activate.

  • Click Save and Activate, your space will be saved and activated automatically.

  • Click Save as Draft, This will save your space, but it won’t be active. You can activate it later by following the next steps.

Step 11 From the Action Column, click to Activate Your Space
