Send Facebook ads Lead form Entries to Odoo

Overview

The Facebook Ads Leads to Odoo integration via SyncSpace allows you to automatically sync new lead data from your Facebook and Instagram ad forms directly into Odoo CRM. No more downloading CSVs or missing follow-ups—your sales team gets fresh leads in real time, ready for nurturing inside Odoo.

How It Works

1. Create a Space

   • Log into your SyncSpace dashboard.

   • Click “Create New Space.”

   • Select Facebook Leads as the Source Application and Odoo as the Target Application.

2. Authenticate Facebook and Odoo

   • Connect your Facebook Ads account and select the Facebook Page and Lead Forms.

   • Connect your Odoo instance via secure API authentication (OAuth or token-based).

   • Choose the Odoo CRM module (usually Leads or Contacts) where new data should be created.

3. Map Your Fields

   • SyncSpace automatically fetches Facebook Lead Form fields.

   • Use the visual mapper to link Facebook fields like Name, Email, and Phone to Odoo CRM fields.

4. Start Syncing

   • From now on, each new lead submission is sent directly to Odoo CRM in real time.
