Overview

The Facebook Ads Leads to HubSpot integration via SyncSpace enables you to automatically capture lead information from Facebook and Instagram ad forms and sync it directly into your HubSpot CRM. No more exporting CSVs or missing high-intent leads—your contacts are created in real time, ready for automated email campaigns and sales follow-ups.

How It Works

  1. Create a Space

    • Log in to your SyncSpace dashboard.

    • Click “Create New Space.”

    • Select Facebook Leads as the Source Application and HubSpot as the Target Application.

  2. Authenticate Facebook and HubSpot

    • Connect your Facebook Ads account and select the relevant Facebook Page and Lead Forms.

    • Authenticate with HubSpot via OAuth and select your HubSpot account and object (usually Contacts or Leads).

  3. Map Your Fields

    • SyncSpace detects all form fields from your Facebook lead ads.

    • Use the field mapping tool to link form inputs (e.g., name, email, phone, interest) to HubSpot contact properties.

  4. Start Syncing

    • Once active, new leads are automatically added to HubSpot CRM in real time.
